STEP 1. ANALYSIS OF IT INFRASTRUCTURE AND PROCESSES IN ORGANIZATION

STEP 2. PREPARING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR RPA
Nightingale team implements chosen RPA platform following best practices and internal requirements of the organization. Complete documentation is provided alongside the implemented infrastructure.
STEP 3. DESIGN AND PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTATION FOR SELECTED PROCESSES
Processes with the greatest benefits are thoroughly analyzed and, if needed, adapted to the needs of automation. After that, the entire process is documented and ready to be automated.
STEP 4. BOT DEVELOPMENT
The next step is to develop the robot. The programmer prepares components and then assembles them according to the previously prepared design. 
STEP 5. USER ACCEPTANCE TESTS
An employee who was previously responsible for the process checks, if the bot performs as expected in every possible scenario and if the bot has been developed in accordance with the requirements.
STEP 6. TRANSFER OF ROBOT TO PRODUCTION
In this phase, the production environment is being configured for the specific process. The robot is installed on production. From then on, the bot supports employees in carrying out their work.
STEP 7. CHECKING ROBOT OPERATION
During the first days of work, the robot is monitored by the programmer, who, if necessary, repairs potential errors resulting from the change to the production environment.
STEP 8. ROBOT WORK MONITORING
At this stage, the bot's work is monitored by a robot operator who supervises the correct execution of processes and provides reports on the work done.
