It can use appropriate scripts, thanks to which he can assign a potential client's query to the appropriate category. It draws knowledge from a scenario that includes a comprehensive knowledge base.
Chatbot provides answers to questions, reminds about unrealized actions (e.g. about products selected in the basket), clarifies questions, creates offers, redirects to selected pages.
All these processes are based on key phrases analyzed by the chatbot and searching for the context between them. After the analysis, it selects an appropriate answer from the knowledge base and sends this answer to the user. In the case of more advanced activities, you can integrate the chatbot with systems that, after receiving a notification, will start a specific action.
